We are up to date with all the International Standard on Auditing, and we provide Statutory Audit and Non-statutory Audit.
ACCUREX & ASSOCIATED hold a practicing certificate conferred by the ACCA UK and is a registered member firm with the Mauritius Institute of Professional Accountant (MIPA) to provide services as Public Accountant and other accounting services.
We also have the proficiency in business tax. Updates in the Income Tax Act and other local jurisdiction Act are highlighted every year together with reporting requirements for our clients to ensure compliance for each fiscal year.
We are registered as services providers with the Registrar of Companies (ROC) to act as corporate secretary for clients having the need of compliance for large companies as per the Companies Act 2001. We do company incorporation and prepare company resolutions.
We are up to date with the Workers Right Act 2019 and provide monthly payroll services by processing salary allowances and other benefit as per PAYE guidelines and the latest regulations.
We also provide administrative services to follow up work for special assignment, application for Occupation permit, bank analysis, opening of bank accounts
